Gill is Director of Pre-Clinical Development at Respivert. Gill graduated in Biochemistry from Leeds University and subsequently gained a MSc in Toxicology at the University of Surrey. She joined GlaxoWellcome in 1988 and was subsequently appointed Director and Head of Inhalational Toxicology in the Pre-Clinical Safety Assessment area. In this role, Gill worked on the development of a wide range of NCEs and also developed considerable expertise in the management of international regulatory submissions.

Following the merger of GlaxoSmithkline, Gill moved into project management in the respiratory area and was appointed Global Project Leader for Seretide/ Advair in 2004.
